Thunder Over The Midlands is Back!

The 20th Fighter Wing is scheduled to host the Shaw Air & Space Expo, “Thunder Over the Midlands,” March 28-29, 2026 at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C.

The expo, headlined by the Thunderbirds, the U.S. Air Force precision-flying demonstration team gives Shaw the opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of the Air Force through a variety of aerial demonstrations, displays, and static aircraft displays to those in attendance. The FREE Saturday and Sunday show is open to the public.

Admission & Parking

Free general admission and parking. Let us know you are coming. Reserve a FREE parking pass. Tickets are not required to attend.
