Directions to Shaw AFB
From Augusta:
take I-20 East, at Columbia take I-26 South. Continue on I-77 South around the city. Next, turn East onto Highway 76/378, continue on 378. Shaw will be on the left and the exit for Shaw's Main Gate will be on the right. |
From Charleston:
take I-26 West. Turn onto I-95 North. Next, turn west onto Highway 378. Continue on 378. Shaw's Sumter Gate will be on the right.

From Charlotte:
take I-77 South. At Columbia, continue on I-77 South around the city. Turn east onto Highway 76/378. Continue on Highway 378. Shaw will be on the left. The exit for Shaw's Main Gate will be on the right.

From Myrtle Beach:
take Highway 378 West. When the road comes to a Y, go to the right. Continue on 378 until you see Shaw's Sumter Gate on the right hand side.

From Raleigh:
take I-40 East. Turn south onto I-95. Turn west onto Highway 378. Continue on Highway 378. Shaw's Sumter Gate will be on the right side. If using GPS directions, search for Patton Hall, Shaw AFB. (Address: Shaw A.F.B. 1800-1898 Skeet Rd., Shaw AFB, SC 29152.) This location should direct you to the Sumter Gate.

From Savannah:
take I-95 North. Turn west onto Highway 378. Continue on Highway 378. Shaw's Sumter Gate will be on the right side. If using GPS directions, search for Patton Hall, Shaw AFB. (Address: Shaw A.F.B. 1800-1898 Skeet Rd., Shaw AFB, SC 29152.) This location should direct you to the Sumter Gate.

RV and Handicapped Parking Information:
All visitors driving an RV or wishing to park in handicapped parking should enter through the Main Gate.
There will be handicapped parking close to the Air Expo ramp. A handicapped seating area will be provided near the show line. Follow the sign on the day of the show to find the parking and seating areas. Visitors must have an official handicap license plate or placard hanging from the rear view mirror to access handicap parking.
